Rebecca Wallace is a management consultant in public policy/administration. For over 20 years, she has consulted with federal departments and agencies on the organization, management, and operation of their programs to improve effectiveness and efficiency. She has worked on several projects with the federal land management agencies, including projects addressing issues related to wildland fires. Rebecca also has worked with the Department of Energy, including the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, which leads the federal government’s research, development and deployment efforts in energy efficiency and productivity. Rebecca is a founding board member and secretary of the Aspen International Mountain Foundation. She also is a past board member of the Aspen Community Office for Resource Efficiency, whose mission is to improve energy and water efficiency in Aspen and surrounding communities in order to benefit the environment and develop a more sustainable economy.
